Alternatively one can look for viruses that cause a particular disease (search type: Disease) or hosts that are susceptible to different viruses and diseases (search type: Hosts). Of note, the data on diseases and symptoms corresponding to individual viruses were obtained from online sources using an API from OpenAI.
